- satallite businesses promote recycling: clothes, paper, plastics, wood and ink cartridges
- changed all light bulbs for low energy ones
- bulb planting scheme at St Edmund's church
- exploring use of pv and geothermal for Turner Community Hall and Stable Centre cafe.
Reaching out:
- Bee-Aid has proved to be an extenvie tool in drawing non-church community groups to work with the church in environmental concerns
- fair trade rep holds regular stalls in church and at local market
- sharing experiences wider in local Area Assembly
- work with local primary school in promoting ecological issues
- involved in setting up and promoting a local market selling local products alongside Allotment Association.
